近年来,越来越多的青年加入到高职院校学报编辑队伍中成为新生力量,文章结合作者自身的经历,从思想认识、业务能力、专业水平以及心理素质方面探讨了青年编辑的成长,提出高职院校的青年编辑应当树立正确的职业观,并在此基础上加强编辑知识和相关专业知识的学习,提升自身的全面素质。
