中国天主教徒双重身份认同的叙述研究

Narrative Inquiry of Chinese Catholics' Dual Identities Cognition

天主教文化同中国传统文化的冲突与契合是学术界一直关注的话题。因此,如何在中国本土的情境下分析天主教徒的身份认同问题就具有非常重大的意义。本文立足于江西省抚州市一个祖传天主教家庭的田野调查,通过叙述研究方法论来探讨中国天主教徒在生活中如何体现在世俗与宗教双重身份的交织。作者认为这种双重身份导致了天主教徒在世俗期待中面临身份交织与抉择时的复杂情感。

The conflict and negotiation between Catholic and Chinese traditional cultures have long been the research topic of academia home and abroad. Thus, it is of great significance to analyze Chinese Catholics’ dual identity cognition in local context. This paper is based on a case study of an inherited Catholic family in Fuzhou City, Jiangxi Province. Through the method of narrative inquiry, it explores the interweaving secular and religious identities of Chinese Catholics in their daily lives. The author thinks these dual identities lead to the dynamic feelings during important choice making process.
