城镇化进程中社区管理体制创新的若干问题——以“沈阳模式”为例

Some problems of the innovation of the community management system in the process of urbanization——Taking "Shenyang model" for example

我国城市社区管理模式的改革已经有相当长的时间,在实践中,各地摸索形成了"上海模式"、"沈阳模式"、"江汉模式"等各具特色的社区管理模式。其中"沈阳模式"被看做是社区自治型治理的代表。城镇化的快速发展,暴露出"村改居"、"城中村"、"城市郊区"等社区管理新问题,因此社区管理的"沈阳模式"需要在社区管理的体制、主体和相关资源方面做出调整,以应对出现的新问题。

The reform of the management mode of city community in our country has been quite a long time, in practice, to explore the formation of the"Shanghai model","Shenyang model","Jianghan mode"and other characteristic community management mode. The"Shenyang model"is regarded as community self governance. The rapid development of urbanization, exposes the community management problems of"change in the village","village in city","city suburbs", therefore the community management"Shenyang mode"need to make adjustments in the system, the subject and related resources of community management, to deal with the new problems.
