本论文在阐述汽车维修行业的特点、作用,国外汽车维修行业的先进管理体制基础上,系统分析了我国汽车维修行业现状和问题,提出了相应的对策。挖掘出了维修人才缺乏才是目前国内维修行业的问题根源所在。从而得出必须加强维修人才的培养。并阐述了汽车运用与维修专业高职人才的培养及与社会需求之间的关系。

In this paper expatiates the characteristic of the automobile maintenance industry, function, foreign automobile repair industry advanced management system, based on the systematic analysis of the vehicle maintenance trade in our country present situation and problems, put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Digging out the talent lack of is the present domestic maintenance industry. Which must strengthen the cultivation of the maintenance personnel are obtained. And elaborated the automobile application and service specialty of higher vocational talents cultivation and the relationship between social needs.
