基于ERP环境下离散制造业物流计划管理研究

进入21世纪以来,经济全球化的趋势日益增加,信息技术的发展极为迅速,物流是当前企业最重要的竞争领域,是企业降低成本、缩短交易时间、提高经济效益的重要手段,而生产物流计划是制造业物流成败的关键。企业资源计划(ERP)系统体现了当今先进的企业管理思想,对制造企业的物流管理系统建设具有指导作用。本文从当前中国制造业中生产物流计划上存在的问题入手,在ERP和MRP的理论基础上,提出离散制造业基于ERP环境下生产物流计划的管理对策建议。

Since the beginning of twenty-first Century, the trend of economic globalization is growing, information technology is developing rapidly, logistics is the most important field of competition, is an important mean of the enterprise to reduce the cost, shorten the transaction time, to improve economic efficiency, while the production logistics plan is the key to the success of the manufacturing logistics. Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system embodies the thinking of today's advanced enterprise management, has a guiding role in construction of logistics management system for manufacturing enterprises. This article from the Chinese manufacturing industry in the current production logistics planning problems, on the basis of theory of ERP and MRP, to put forward the discrete manufacturing management countermeasures of production logistics plan based on ERP environment.
