There is a universal existence contradiction in the difficult employment of college students and the enterprise labor shortage. How to resolve it, colleges and universities should take the market as the guidance and improve the personnel training mechanism;graduates should transform the employment idea and adjust expectations of employment;enterprise should provide a reasonable rise platform for graduates;and at the same time, we should strengthen the university occupation guidance on College students.
