Construction of the class team based on the students CCC curriculum

随着高校教学改革得不断深入,通识教育,学分制、选课制实行,使得班级边界被迅速消解,班级组织作为学生身份象征和管理符号,个人与班级组织渐渐疏离。本文基于大学生职涯、学涯、生涯规划课(Class-meeting Career Course)的教学特点就如何构建班级团队,发挥团队优势和功能提出意见和途径,进而提升学生职涯、学涯、生涯能力,增强就业核心竞争力,帮助辅导员做好学生思想政治教育工作。

With the deepening of teaching reform in universities, general education, credit system, elective system, which makes the class boundary rapidly digest, the class organization as symbol of a student status and management, individual and class organization gradually alienated.In this paper, based on the teaching characteristics of college students' career, Class-meeting Career Course on how to construct the class team, put forward opinions and ways to play team advantage and function, in order to enhance the students' career, career ability, enhance employment core competitiveness, help counselors do well students ' ideological and political education work .
