当今是教育信息化的时代,教育技术能力已成为教师职业技能的一个重要体现。多年来,高师院校十分重视范生的教育技术能力的培养。本文从分析当前高师院校教育技术能力培养的现状入手,明确培养目标,探讨在原有培养方法的基础上,继续完善师范生现代教育技术能力培养的对策和方法,实现提高师范生的教师职业技能素质的目标。

Today, the era of information technology education, educational technology ability has become an important embodiment of teacher occupation skills.Over the years, culture attaches great importance to educational technology ability of college students.This paper starts from the analysis of the present situation of educational technology ability of teachers colleges, clear training objectives, discusses the basis in the original training methods, continue to improve the training of normal school students countermeasures and methods of modern education technology ability, improve teachers' occupation technical ability to the students of the quality objectives.
