摘要
旅游管理专业学生就业行为中所出现的"低进入率"和"高流失率"现象其实质在于供需的不匹配。本文主要从旅游企业、旅游高校和旅游专业大学生个体因素三方面入手,探求此种现象的内在机理。
The employment of tourism management students has the"low employment rate"and"high turnover rate"phenomenon and its essence is not matching supply and demand.This paper mainly from three aspects of tourism enterprises, tourism and Tourism Majors in colleges and universities students individual factors, internal mechanism to explore this phenomenon.
