我国高校青年教师奖励制度的现状与完善

Present situation and improvement of young college teachers incentive system in China

青年教师奖励制度作为高校重要的师资管理手段,影响并指导着青年教师的行为,关系到教师整体素质和结构的优化与提升。本文着重从需求角度分析了国内现有高校青年教师奖励制度的种类、特点、奖励角度,并针对奖励制度现存问题及需求的特点提出了改革和规范高校青年教师奖励机制、及增设必要的奖励类型。

The young teacher incentive system as an important means of teaching management, behavior guide young teachers and influence, to optimize and improve the overall quality of teachers and the structure. This paper analyses the types, the characteristics of young college teachers incentive system, reward point of view from the angle of demand, and according to the characteristics of the existing problems and needs of reward system ,put forward to reform and regulate the incentive mechanism, the young teachers in colleges and universities and the necessary of reward type.
