随着我国法治建设进程的不断深入,社会对公平、文明、规范执法的期望和要求越来越高,特别是刑诉法的修改和十八大对依法治国的科学论断,给检察队伍执法办案带来了新的更大的挑战。长期以来,由于原有的体制和机制方面的原因,检察机关队伍建设存在着思想政治不过硬、综合性人才缺乏、干警待遇落实不到位等情况,制约了检察机关执法规范化建设的顺利开展,不利于充分发挥法律为经济社会发展保驾护航的作用,也不利于树立和维护检察机关的良好社会形象。新时期,应从思想上、制度上、业务教育培训上和科学管理上进一步加强检察机关的队伍专业化建设。

In new period, from the thought, system, business education and training and scientific management to further strengthen the Procuratorial organs of the specialized construction.
