摘要
高职院校教工党支部书记肩负带领广大教工投身科研、教学、培育学生的重要使命,如何将党支部工作与学科建设结合起来,是摆在高职院校教工党支部书记面前的一项严肃的政治课题。本文从调研情况对高职院校教工党支部书记的现状进行剖析,探索基于学科平台进行教工党支部书记队伍建设的具体举措。
The secretary of Party branch of college shoulders important mission to lead the majority of staff involved in scientific research, teaching, cultivation of students, how to make the Party branch work and discipline construction together, is a serious subject placed in front of political Party branch secretary of the teaching staff in higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the current situation of Party branch secretary of staff in higher vocational college, explore specific measures to construct of Party branch secretary team based on discipline platform.
