浅析辅导员如何在90后大学生中开展主体性思想政治教育

摘要 近年来,充分发挥学生的主体性已然成为思想政治教育改革的重要方向。主体性就是在实践过程中自主学习、自主创造、自觉发展。90后学生身上有着鲜明的时代特征,他们信息量丰富、自信张扬,自我意识强烈。作为与学生接触最多的老师,辅导员的工作核心是"育人",工作重心是思想政治教育,如何充分发挥学生的主体作用,将思想政治教育融入到实践中是辅导员义不容辞的责任,也是值得深入探讨的问题。 In recent years, give full play to the subjectivity of students has become an important direction of the reform of the ideological and political education. Subjectivity is in the process of practice of autonomous learning, create subjectively, self development. The 90s students who have distinctive characteristics of the times, have the rich amount of information publicity, their self-confidence, strong sense of self. As teachers contact most with the students, counselors’ core work is"educating people", the focus of the work is ideological and political education, how to give full play the main role of the students, the ideological and political education into practice is the instructor's bounden responsibility, is also worthy of further discussion.
