英语师范生教师职业技能培养的相关性研究

随着高校教育改革的逐步,英语师范生教师职业技能的培养也越来越受到重视。师范类院校英语专业主要是输出专业英语教师人才,英语师范生在校期间,除了要掌握一定英语语言知识之外,更重要的是要掌握教师职业技能,这样,今后才能适应激烈的市场人才竞争,才能胜任未来专业化教师岗位。本文就现阶段英语师范生教师职业技能培养存在的问题进行了分析,同时也提出了相应的解决方法,并为今后的英语教师专业化发展提出了合理化建议。
