浙江省经济转型升级的实现有赖于创新驱动,高技能人才是创新驱动的关键因素。本文在浙江省经济转型升级的大背景下,以杭州市为例,通过定量分析方法整理出影响高技能人才培养效果的因素以及各因素作用的强弱,并对我省高技能人才培养模式的优化提出对策建议。

The realization of economic transformation and upgrading of Zhejiang Province depends on innovation, high-skilled talent is the key factor of innovation drive. In this paper, in the background of economic transformation and upgrading of Zhejiang Province, taking Hangzhou city as an example, the factors influencing the effect of high-skilled talents training and the interaction of the factors by quantitative analysis method, and put forward the suggestions on optimization model of high-skilled personnel training in our province.
