摘要
人才流动是人力资源充满生机与活力的源泉和不竭动力。人才引进既可以稳定和补充人才,又可以优化人才队伍结构,提高人才综合素质。与东部地区相比,我国西部地区经济、政治、文化、教育等方面相对落后,高校吸纳人才较困难,高层次人才比较匮乏。为此,大力引进所需的人才,对学校师资队伍建设来说具有重要意义。本文论述了西部高校人力资源方面的现状,分析了西部高校人才引进中存在的问题,并就西部高校如何引进人才提出了几点意见措施。
The flow of talent is the source and inexhaustible motive force of human resources full of vigor and vitality. The introduction of talent can stable and supplement talent, and can optimize the personnel structure, improve the comprehensive quality of talents. Compared with the eastern region, the economic, political, cultural, education of western region of China is lagging behind, more difficult to absorb talents, high-level talent is short. Therefore, vigorously introduce required personnel, is important for the school teachers team construction. This paper discusses the present situation of human resources in western area, analyzes the existing problems in the talent introduction of western universities, and put forward several suggestions on how to introduce talents in colleges and universities in the western region.
