淘宝现有六百多万家网店,竞争非常激烈。淘宝店家必须认真研究网络消费者的购买决策过程,并针对每一个阶段的特点,开展相应的营销工作,以唤起顾客需要,并让其充分了解商品,作出选择并实现购买,最终作出好评,成为店铺的忠实顾客并为店铺带来新的顾客,才能在竞争中获胜。
The existing Taobao shops are more than 600 million, competition is very fierce. Taobao shop owner must seriously study the purchase decision-making process of network consumer, and according to the characteristics of each stage, develop appropriate marketing work, to arouse the needs of customer, and to fully understand the commodity, make a choice and purchase, eventually make praise, become shop loyal customers and make new customers to shop, to win in the competition.
