关于中英食品安全问题的比较

Comparative study on the Chinese and British food safety problems

国以民为本,民以食为天,食以安为先。食品安全问题关乎国计民生,是各个国家不可松懈的首要问题。然而食品安全问题却在各个国家层出不穷,中国,英国,比利时等国都遭到了严重侵害。中英两国关于食品安全问题,在立法、执法力度及对待利益的态度等方面存在很大差异。本文从心理学、经济学、管理学等方面,对中国和英国两个国家的食品安全问题进行对比性的描述,分析两国就此问题的差异。

Food safety is beneficial to the people's livelihood, is the primary problem to each country can not be relax. However, food safety problems emerge in an endless stream in all countries, China, Britain, Belgium and other countries have been severely violated. Britain and China have big difference on food safety issues, in the aspects of legislation, law enforcement and the attitude towards the interests. This paper from the aspects of psychology, economics, management science, to comparatively describes food safety problems in China and Britain, analyzes the difference of two countries on the issue.
