浅析新形势下的政务服务体系构建

The construction of government affairs service system under the new situation

党的十八大报告提出,要按照建立中国特色社会主义行政体制目标,深入推进政企分开、政资分开、政事分开、政社分开,建设职能科学、结构优化、廉洁高效、人民满意的服务型政府。建设服务型政府,必须以政务服务体系的构建为基点,加强政府的自身建设。本文从政务服务体系的内涵、构建政务服务体系的意义和构建政务服务体系的途径等三方面阐述新形势下政务服务体系的构建。

In the eighteen Party Congress, according to the establishment of the socialism administrative system with Chinese characteristics, and further promote the separation of government from enterprises, politics endowment apart, separating the functions of government, the society, to construct service-oriented government functions, structure optimization, clean and efficient, the satisfaction of the people. To construct service government, we must take the construction of government affairs service system as the basis, to strengthen the government's own construction. In this paper, from the connotation of government service system, the significance to construct government affairs service system and the way of constructing government service system three aspects to elaborate the construction of government affairs service system under the new situation.
