With the development of economy and society, the construction of learning society of lifelong learning, has become the general trend. Network learning with its unique advantage to win the attention of many investigators, network learning also get attention of the people. This paper expounds the connotation and characteristics of network learning, analyzes the existing problems in network learning, put forward strategies for effective network learning.
