激励理论在“卓越工程师教育培养计划”中的应用——以福建工程学院为例

我国高校陆续启动了"卓越工程师教育培养计划"教学改革项目,福建工程学院是全国首批列入"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的试点高校,在取得成绩的同时还面临进一步提高师生参与积极性和卓越工程师教育质量问题。本文利用激励理论,在提高师生参与积极性,激发企业参与热情方面做了一些有益的探索。

Our country has launched the project of teaching reform of “Excellent engineer education plan” of university, Fujian University of Technology is the first group of the colleges and Universities in the launch a pilot project of “Excellent engineer education plan”. Obtained results at the same time also face further improve teachers and students to participate in the initiative and excellent engineer education quality problems. In this paper, by using the theory of encouragement, Active participation in the improvement of teachers and students, to do some beneficial exploration to stimulate the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in hand.
