摘要
本文主要探讨高校管理提出的常规模式、补偿模式和发展模式三种管理模式。常规模式的主要特点是科学化管理和注重对被管理者内在情感的关心;补偿模式则关注满足学生的个体需要,建立健全的监督机制和诉求机构;帮助学生潜能挖掘、素质培养建立多元平台,则是发展模式的主要亮点。
This paper mainly discusses the conventional mode,compensation mode and development mode of three kinds of management modes of university management,.The main characteristics of conventional mode is the scientific management and pay attention to the inner emotional care of managers;compensation mode is concerned to meet the individual needs of students,establish and improve the supervision mechanism and appeal mechanism;help the students establish multiple platform for mining potential and developing quality,is a major bright spot of development model.
