试论两汉时期对丞相、三公的考课

Discourse of investigate system to the prime minister and three Mr.s and ministers in Han Dynasty

两汉时期对官吏的考核重地方官吏而略于中央官吏。由此文章、著述多强调地方官吏考核制度而略于对丞相、三公考核的研究。本文拟在在前人研究基础上就丞相、三公的行政职责入手对其的考课方式及存在的弊端做一论述。

The Han Dynasty investigate system paid more attention to the officer in place than to the prime minister and three Mr.s and ministers .So published papers and books more emphasis on the assessment of officer in place and slightly to evaluation of the prime minister and three Mr.s and ministers. This paper based on the papers published before to discusses upon their investigate system and faults through the prime minister and three Mr.s and ministers’obligation.
