浅析当前普通高校人才工作政策存在的问题并提出对策——以沈阳市为例

摘要 普通高校是各学科专业人才的重要集聚地,也是培养各学科专业人才的摇篮,普通高校的人才队伍是国家人才队伍的重要组成部分,是实施人才强国战略的强大生力军,人才问题是普通高校改革发展的核心问题和头等大事。本文以沈阳市内的19所普通本科院校为例,联系沈阳市的整体人才工作环境,浅析各高校人才工作政策中存在的问题并提出解决对策。 The university is an important place gathering of professional disciplines, also the cradle of cultivating professional talents in all subjects, college personnel is an important part of the national team, is the strong force of talent powerful strategy, talent problem is a key problem and priority in the reform and development of ordinary high school. The paper takes 19 universities in Shenyang city as an example, and the overall talent working environment in Shenyang city, to analyze the problems in talents work policy in colleges and universities and countermeasures and proposes solutions.
