摘要 本文从高职院校教学质量管理体系五大要素之一的教学效果评价入手,探讨教学管理对高职院校教学效果评价的导向作用,并将其具体到教学过程中方向的引导和把握、教学操作中淆惑的分析和疏导、实际教学环节中细节的指导和培训三个层面,这就使得高职院校的教学管理脱离了传统教学管理的模式和束缚,并将教学管理分解为表象化的"管"与深层次的"理"两个相辅相成的部分。 This paper from the teaching effect evaluation of one of the five elements of the quality management system of teaching in higher vocational colleges, explore the guiding role of teaching management on higher vocational colleges teaching, and the guidance and grasp the teaching operation in the teaching process, analysis and guidance of confusion, the guidance and training in the practical teaching link three aspects, which makes the teaching management in higher vocational colleges separate from the traditional teaching management mode and bound, and the teaching management is divided into the two complementary parts.
