摘要
大学生后进群体教育难的原因有很多,从内因来看在于大学生自身的思想和素质不能改变和提高符合社会的要求,在外因方面分析,目前高校的大学生后进群体教育也有待进一步提高。积极心理学关注人生意义,注重发掘后进大学生的潜能,注重教育活动形式的新颖性及学生参与性。应用积极心理学的特点对大学生后进群体教育进行新的探索有着重要的意义。
There are many reasons for difficult education of college students, from the internal point of view is the ideological itself and the quality can not change and improve conform to social demands, analysis of externally, the backward education group of college students needs to be improved. Positive psychology focuses on the meaning of life, pay attention to explore the students' potential, pay attention to the novelty of educational activities form and student participation. The characteristics of the application of positive psychology has important significance in the new exploration of education of college students.
