大学生后进群体教育难的原因有很多,从内因来看在于大学生自身的思想和素质不能改变和提高符合社会的要求,在外因方面分析,目前高校的大学生后进群体教育也有待进一步提高。积极心理学关注人生意义,注重发掘后进大学生的潜能,注重教育活动形式的新颖性及学生参与性。应用积极心理学的特点对大学生后进群体教育进行新的探索有着重要的意义。
