自主学习是以学习者为中心的一种学习模式,是现代大学素质教育的目标之一。本文主要从自主学习的内涵、培养自主学习能力的必要性以及培养自主学习能力的方法三个方面来对大学英语教学中自主学习能力的培养进行探讨,以期提高大学英语教学质量。

Autonomous learning is a learner-centered learning model. It is one of the goals of quality education in modern colleges. This paper will analyze the definition of autonomous learning and study the necessity and methods of cultivating students’ autonomous learning ability in college English teaching, with the purpose to improve the quality of college English teaching.
