摘要
企业的创新潜力,是企业发展的基础能力,也是最必须的能力,其决定了企业的发展与存亡。但是,无论什么创新力,都最终是人的创新。由此,员工的创新能力才是企业创新力的源泉。作为企业而言,就要注意从培养、整合、保护与激活员工的特长开始,通过为他们配置发挥特长的岗位、创建特长升级孵化的空间,及建立与完善相关的激励制度,把员工特长提升为企业的创新潜力,直到转化为企业现实的生产力。因而,要从人力资源优化配置的角度,加强特长员工的整合,调动与开发他们的特长,为企业创新做好积累。
The innovative potential of enterprise, is the foundational ability of enterprise development, is the most essential ability, which determines the development and survival of enterprises. However, no matter what the innovation, ultimately is the innovation of human. Thus, staff's innovative ability is the source of innovative ability of enterprise. As an enterprise, it is necessary to pay attention to start from the cultivation, integration, protection and activate the employee's skills, through their position to play the long suit, create special upgrade incubation space, and establish and perfect the relevant incentive system, to enhance staff expertise for the enterprise innovative potential, until transfer into the enterprise productivity. Therefore, from the perspective of optimal allocation of human resources, strengthen the integration of staff, motivate and develop their strengths, to accumulate for the innovation of enterprises.
