摘要
中国每年新生15万家民营企业,每年倒闭10万多家民营企业;60%的民营企业在5年内破产,85%的在10年内消亡,平均寿命只有2.9年,而深圳市的民营企业总数达42万家,约占全市企业总量的90%,数量固然是多,也导致民营企业管理制度上出现的漏洞越来越突出。能够使企业如此的大起大落,最主要的原因还是在于管理制度的不完善。
