摘要
人才的识别和人才的任用是领导活动在人事管理过程中的两个基本环节。领导者能否获取事业上的成功,在很大程度上取决于是否掌握了高超的用人艺术。用人艺术是领导者在掌握和运用科学用人方法的基础上,根据特定情况灵活运用用人方法和用人技巧。用人艺术所追求的是巧妙地调动多数下属的积极性,发掘其潜能。在识别和使用人才的过程中,领导者充分的运用领导科学与艺术,慧眼识才,用人之所长,扬长避短,量才用人,才能更大的发挥人才的价值,推进事业的发展。
