Harmonious and stability of colleges and Universities under the new situation

本文分析了当前新形势下高校学生工作的现状,并提出了高校学生工作的重要理念——和谐服务;通过具体介绍和谐服务的内涵及要求,将和谐服务与高校稳定相联系,进而引发了对新形势下高校和谐服务与稳定的几点思考。

This paper analyzes the current situation of university students’jobs under the new situation and also proposes an important concept of university students’ team work----harmonious service.It will connect harmonious service with universities’ stability by detailed instruction to the connotation and requirements of the harmonious service,then lead to some reflections on college harmonious service and stability under the new situation.
