随着时代的发展,社会的进步。各大高校不断扩招,每年的大学毕业生快速增加,大学生的就业压力越来越大。在这种情况下,大学生越早的了解自己的就业方向、职业目标,就越利于将来尽快的找到一份理想的工作。所以,近年来这一学科被高校教育界提出的频率也越来越高。然而,他的学科现状却不容乐观,在不断进步的同时也存在着一些问题,笔者针对大学生职业生涯规划教育的现状,重点提出他现阶段存在的问题及解决措施,以突破大学生职业生涯规划教育发展的困境,促进其健康全面快速的发展。
