摘要
教师绩效考核是高校人力资源管理中一项重要工作,相关人员应该将教师的绩效考核提到日常日程上来,建立完善、科学的绩效考核机制。激励教师成长及提高教师工作的积极性。正确评价每个教师在本职岗位上的工作表现及主动性、创造性,促进全校教职工不断提高政治业务素质和工作绩效。本文对新时期高校教师绩效考核研究内容和实施重点以及教师绩效考核研究的对策进行了简述。
The teacher performance appraisal is an important work of university human resources management,relevant personnel should be the teacher performance appraisal refers to daily agenda,establish a perfect,scientific performance appraisal mechanism.Encourage teachers and improve the enthusiasm of teachers.Performance evaluation of each teachers at their posts and the initiative and creativity,promote all the staff to continuously improve the political and professional quality and work performance.This paper measures for the new period college teacher performance appraisal research and implementation of key and teacher performance appraisal research are reviewed.
