摘要
民办高校教师是民办高校发展的生力军,组织承诺是连接高校和教师的一种心理纽带,教师的满意度和组织承诺状况直接影响教师的工作态度和工作绩效,本文主要是从政府管理、民办高校自身内部管理、员工自身管理的角度构建提升民办高校教师组织承诺水平的管理模式。
Teachers of private colleges and universities are the main force of the development of private colleges and universities,organizational commitment is a psychological link between the university and teachers,teacher satisfaction and organizational commitment directly affect teachers’ working attitude and working performance,this paper mainly from the perspective of government management,the internal management of private universities,staff management to enhance the management mode of the organizational commitment level of private university teachers.
