高校辅导员思想政治教育职能的缺失及对策思考

On deletion and countermeasures of ideological and political education function of university counselors

当代社会知识带动经济发展表现得越来越明显,国际化形式的发展变化给高校思想政治教育工作带来了很大的影响。大学教育是促进社会发展的主力军,加强大学生思想政治工作提高大学生的思想意识和社会责任感,使大学生步入社会后能为社会主义发展做出贡献。然而高校教育与辅导员的关系是分不开的,因此为了提高大学生的思想在政治教育,应该加强高校辅导员思想政治教育职能。本文通过对现今高校辅导员思想政治教育职能的缺失,进行分析与思考提出相应的改进措施。

The knowledge of contemporary society to promote economic development is more and more obvious, development and change of international form has a great effect to the work of ideological and political education. University education is the main force in promoting social development, strengthen ideological and political work, to improve the ideological consciousness and social responsibility, to enable students to contribute to the development of socialism when enter the society. However, the relationship between higher education and counselors are inseparable, so in order to improve the ideological and political education, we should strengthen the ideological and political education function of college counselors. The paper through the deletion of ideological and political education function of college counselors, to analyze and think, put forward the corresponding improvement measures.
