现阶段对加强社区流动党员管理的策略研究

在当前社会经济飞快发展的同时,各种社会组织和经济组织日益增多、社会人员流动性不断增强,这也给社区流动党员管理工作带来一定难度,例如对社区流动党员的相关数据收集不全,资料管理不到位,没能够及时理清上下级隶属关系等。如何在现阶段加强对社区流动党员管理已经成为不可避免的问题,本文就针对加强社区流动党员管理这一个方向进行策略研究,力求帮助各社会流动党员管理组织和部门完善工作,提高工作积极性和有效性。
