社会主义核心价值体系在中国整体社会价值体系中居于核心地位,它是指导高校辅导员树立职业核心价值理念的基础和主导。在高校辅导员专业化、职业化发展的背景下,高校辅导员最优秀的特质可以归纳为三个方面,就是辅导员核心价值观的三大要则:尊崇社会规律、思想引领和成长服务。在对三大要则分析凝练的基础上,归纳出辅导员的核心价值取向是:立德忠诚,遵道爱业;修己树人,导航青春。

The socialist core value system is the core of the whole social value system in China, it is the basis and leading guidance of counselors to set up the idea of the core value of occupation. In the background of the development of professional college counselors, occupation, characteristics of college counselors can be best summed up in three aspects, is the three principles of the core values of counselor:social rules, the leading thought and development services. In the analysis based on the three principles of concise, sums up the core value orientation of counselors is:loyalty, love industry;self-cultivation, navigation youth.
