试论教学秘书在舞蹈专业院校教学管理中的作用

The role of teaching secretary in teaching management in the professional dance colleges and universities

教学管理工作是舞蹈专业院校教学工作的重要组成部分。作为最基层的教学管理人员,教学秘书参与组织和管理日常教学活动,协助、配合相关领导进行教学管理工作,是保障日常教学活动有序进行的基石。本文拟从舞蹈专业院校教学管理工作中教学秘书的工作职能分析其重要作用,并就充分发挥教学秘书的主观能动性提出建议。

The teaching management work is an important part of dance professional colleges teaching. As the most basic level of teaching management, teaching secretary to participate in activities of daily teaching organization and management, assist, cooperate with the leadership of the teaching management work, is the cornerstone of security in daily teaching activities in an orderly manner. This paper intends to analyze its important role of working function of teaching secretary in the teaching management work in dance professional college, points out suggestions and give full play to the subjective initiative of teaching secretary.
