民办高校行政管理是民办高校人才培养、科学研究和社会服务基本功能的基础和保障,虽然具有辅助性却是必不可少的一项活动,主要职能包括领导职能、管理职能和服务职能。本文针对广东省民办高校存在行政效率低和行政人员容易产生职业倦怠的问题,针对性地提出改善意见,建立健全有利于广东省民办高校发展的长效管理制度,提高民办高校行政管理效率和水平。

The administrative management of civilian-run colleges and universities is the basis and guarantee for the scientific research and the social service function of private university talents training,though,has an activity is essential for auxiliary,the main functions include the leadership functions,management functions and service functions.In this paper,Guangdong Province in the private colleges and universities administrative efficiency and administrative personnel prone to occupation burnout problems,puts forward improvement suggestions,establish a sound long-term management system conducive to the development of private universities in Guangdong Province,to improve the efficiency and level of private college administration.
