摘要 随着我国企业管理模式的日益完善,企业职能分工的逐步细化,人力资源部门开始"自成一派",正逐渐地成为企业越来越重要的职能部门,直接影响企业的战略发展。作为高职类人力资源管理专业的构建,应从丰富教学内容、完善教学方法、改革教学手段等几个方面入手,建立起适应社会需求的人才培养体制从而实现人才培养的目标。笔者从工作实际出发,结合民办高职院校人力资源管理专业特点和人才培养目标的分析提出了完善人力资源管理专业教学模式的思路与方法。 With the management mode of enterprise in China is increasingly perfect, enterprise division is refinement, the human resources department begin to "a faction", is gradually becoming more and more important functional department of enterprise, directly affect the enterprise development. The construction of human resource management in higher vocational colleges, should start enriching the teaching content, improving teaching methods, reforming teaching methods, set up talents training system to adapt to the social demand so as to achieve the goal of training. From the practical work, the author combines with the analysis of the training objectives of human resources management and personnel of the private vocational colleges, to put forward thinking and method to improve the teaching model of human resource management
