Biochemistry test belongs to the core curriculum of medical laboratory technology profession. This paper makes the discussion to the problems in biochemistry test teaching in medical colleges and universities, and according to the situation of vocational medical colleges, including the practical reform of material and improvement of experiment mode, believe that these efforts will play a positive role in promoting the quality of teaching in higher vocational medical colleges and universities.
