高职院校大学生创业能力“三步走”培养模式探析

鼓励大学生创业是在当前就业形势严峻的情况下解决毕业生就业难的有效途径之一。提高高职院校大学生的创业能力不仅是推动其创业的重要抓手,也是培养其适应社会发展需要、提升就业竞争力和职业能力可持续的重要途径。基于此,本文提出了高职院校大学生创业能力"三步走"的培养模式,重点阐述了如何在"三步走"的培养模式下提升高职院校大学生的创业能力。

To encourage entrepreneurship is one effective way of solving the problem of difficult employment. To improve the entrepreneurial ability of vocational college students is not only the important grasper entrepreneurship, but also cultivate it to meet the needs of social development, enhance the competitiveness of the employment and important ways of sustainable occupation ability. Based on this, this paper put forward the training mode of"three steps"of entrepreneurial ability of students in higher vocational college, expounds how to improve the entrepreneurial ability of vocational college students in the training mode of"three steps".
