With the continuous development of market economy, the internationalization and opening of the economy should be a general trend of development. This paper mainly analyzes the new target of English teaching in vocational secondary schools, and explores the present situation of the teaching, and finally proposes some strategies on improving English teaching in secondary vocational school.
