摘要
通过省计生委组织的省人口计生目标管理责任制农村地区抽样调查,深入得了解到我国自实施计划生育政策以来广大农村地区对生育观念的转变,系统总结了出现这些观念转变的原因并对所存在的问题进行分析。
Through the sampling survey in rural area of the provincial population of target management responsibility system of Provincial Family Planning Commission Organization, to understand changes on fertility ideas of the vast rural areas since the implementation of family planning policy, summarizes the causes of these attitudes change and analyzes the existing problems.
