民航高校贫困生认定工作问题探析——以中国民航飞行学院为例

Analysis on the problem of identification of needy students in civil aviation colleges

本文结合中国民航飞行学院的贫困生认定工作,对贫困生认定过程中存在的伪贫困生现象进行较为深入的剖析,并结合学院工作实际,针对助学金发放的"个人申请——学院审核——发放消费"三个重要环节,探讨规避伪贫困生现象出现的较为优化的贫困生认定方法。

The working status of Identification of Needy Students in civil aviation colleges is analyzed and the reasons for phenomena of fake needy students are discussed. The process of Awarding grants is divided into three stages:“application, checking, and awarding”, and for each stage the ways to avoid fake needy students are explored.
