摘要
当前高校在实施资助工作的过程中普遍存在"重评定轻管理"、"重资助轻教育"的现象,导致助后教育与管理的缺失。本文分析了当前助后教育与管理存在的主要问题,并提出了提升助后教育与管理水平的具体对策。
The phenomenon in the implementation of funding in current colleges and universities,leading to lack of education and management.This paper analyzes the main problems existing in current education and management after funding,and put forward specific measures to improve the level of education and management after funding.
