摘要
本文是应用归因理论的一些基本原理,对学生在篮球训练和比赛中,因多方面原因产生的各种情绪体验进行调控;通过有意识地转变归因维度方向来促进积极的情绪体验,减少消极的不良情绪,进而提高训练和竞赛成绩。
This paper discusses the use of the basic principles in the attribution theory to regulate and control the students’ emotional experiences when they are in basketball training or in a match. Their performance in training or in competition can be improved by consciously changing the attribution dimension direction to enhance the positive emotional experience and weaken the negative emotional experience.
