摘要
课例研究作为一种教师专业化发展模式已经引起教育研究者和教育者的广泛关注。作为沟通理论与实践的桥梁,课例研究要促进教师实践经验的提升,必须以教师实践性知识理论为方向。在组织实施中应有专业人员引领,确定研究主题,有研究重点,才能充分发挥课例研究的作用,促进教师专业成长。
Lesson study as a teachers' professional development model has attracted the attention of education researchers and educators. As a communication bridge between theory and practice, lesson study to promote teachers to practice experience, must according to the theory of practical knowledge of teachers as the direction. Lead in organizing the implementation of professional personnel, determine the research topic, research focus, in order to give full play to the role of lesson study, to promote the professional growth of teachers.
