摘要
本文首先简要介绍了有机太阳能电池的工作原理和发展概况,接着主要从电子给体与受体接触界面的不同,按照无机/有机平面异质结、无机/有机主体异质结、有机/有机平面异质结、有机/有机聚合物主体异质结,对有机太阳能的研究进展进行分类论述。
This paper briefly introduces the working principle and development status of organic solar cells, and then mainly from the differences of electron donor and acceptor interface, in accordance with the inorganic/organic planar heterojunction, inorganic/organic subjective heterojunction, organic/organic planar heterojunction, organic/organic polymer subjective heterojunction, classification discussion on advances in the study of organic solar energy.
