摘要
我国古代官员选任制度是古代人事制度的重要组成部分,两千多年来经历了世袭制、察举制、九品中正制、科举制的演变历程,形成了特有的发展轨迹。研究分析其发展规律将有利于把握历史,并为完善现有的公务员选聘制度提供借鉴。
The selection and appointment system in ancient China is an important part of the ancient official personnel system. It has formed a unique development path, through hereditary system, recommendatory system,Nine-rank system to the imperial examination system over more than two thousand years. Researching the law of its development will help to grasp the history, and provide reference for the perfection of present civil service selection system.
